Overall i was extremely happy with my care here. I made an appointment online and was out after exam and x-rays in about an hour. The PA was great.
Second time here: I called they said no wait/ I get there and the lobby is full. No sense of urgency from staff. All I needed was a sports physical for my son. Receptionist tried to get me to pay ahead of time. I said no- going to see how long it would take. There for an hour. Not good! Stay away from this place
At first things started out good. The place was clean and the staff was nice. The main problem was how long it took to be seen. I made an appointment online and headed straight there. I waited for over an hour before I was finally seen. There was only one person before me so I don't know why it took so long. I also don't see the point of making an appointment if you end up having to wait anyway.
The receptionist has a bit of an attitude..”what appointment” and snarky when i was filling out the forms. She also did the x-rays..which required me to get in my underwear. No offer of a gown or anything and I laid on a pretty cold table.
I needed to get a sports physical for my daughter at the last minute. So my daughter and I came here and we were in and out in about 20 mins. They are a very friendly bunch and I would recommend this facility to anyone in need. Thanks MI Express Care..
Very nice staff! I️ went in for a TB test for school and was in and out. Clean waiting room with books and toys for children. Highly recommend.
