The positive thing is that the office is friendly and the phone support operators are kind and helpful. The online my chart is also very convenient. Just be prepared to put a lot of effort and waiting in if you need a prescription refill.
Arrived early and didn't see a Dr. until 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Now an hour after the scheduled appointment time and we are now waiting for nurse/ technician to obtain blood samples for my wife. Friendly service. Not so timely.
Capable and professional staff. Deeply caring. Along with their medical care I like to visit the location because the building is beautiful.
Always very helpful. The doctors are great. Only had one mishap happen, but they helped me get everything fix and on my way.
It is difficult to get a prescription refill. If your doctor is on vacation, your request will just sit there. There is no plan in place and no backup doctor. Nobody will let you know either. If you call, another doctor might fill it, but If it is not an "approved" medication, there's nothing you can do. A pharmacy won't fill or hold a Rx for more than a day or two prior to the approved 30 days. You will just have to wait until your doctor returns. It has been 5 days since I requested a refill. I called and was told that "hopefully they can get it today ...." and sorry, there's "nothing they can do."
I .... show up on time for appointments. Be it to see the doctor or for blood work. I have yet to have H.F. get me to the see the doctor sooner than 40 minutes. My average wait time for a blood appointment is 45 minutes. They seem to have a hard time reading Henry Ford MY CHART messages. If any of you are looking for a doctors office for your needs. It would be in your best interest to pass this one over.
