Poor selection and poor organization of the mens clothing. No rhyme or reason where the clothes are located. The selection of men's cologne has been the same for at least 8 months. Multiple boxes that have been opened can be found throughout the store. I saw 3 mens grooming kits that were opened up and the electric shavers were all missing. 2 days later, same boxes, same spot and still not attended to. Looks like the store needs more employees and definitely a loss prevention crew. So many items clearly have been opened and picked through. Inside while shopping you'd swear you were somewhere near 5 Mile and Outer Drive. Why is this happening all over Canton? I would give negative 3 stars if it were possible

The staff sometimes seems hard pressed but generally of a good himor. We like to shop here especially at the holidays because they almost always have advertised items on hand. They have a contemporary selection of quality goods at reasonable prices.
Never...EVER use layaway in this store. I had about $380 worth of clothes and other items at the Canton, MI Marshall’s. Most of the items were for my daughters birthday and Christmas. The items were only on layaway for 10 days. It took five employees an hour and a half to tell me definitively that the clothing could not be found. The manager did not offer to find the items at other locations nor did they offer to keep looking and call me. There HAS to be a way that clothing can be identified as a layaway item. That way when employees potentially remove items out of the layaway stockroom the cashier will know the items were from layaway. Even something as simple as marking an L on the tag might prevent this tomfoolery from happening. Marshall’s - you need to do better.
