Usually, this is the Kohl's location where I shop. I decided to use the "pick up in store" option on an online purchase I made last night. I was the second person in line for online pick up. Unfortunately, after waiting for 15 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer and was unable to pick up my purchase. Honestly, I could have gotten the items off the shelf myself much more quickly. I called customer service on my way home. While the person on the other end was pleasant, I was given no reassurance that this wouldn't happen again and basically brushed off since it's cyber Monday and "everyone had the same idea you did." While the "pick up in store" option seems like a quicker option, it has only wasted time for me since I will need to go back to the store to pick up my order. Very disappointing.
The only reason Kohl's is not getting 5 stars is because the clothing racks in all departments are placed rather close to one another, and they make it difficult to get through in a wheelchair (and I'm sure also with a walker). There are some racks I cannot pass between at all. Add to that other customers blocking passages, and all departments become maze-like and frustrating. If I didn't have to fight to navigate around the junior's department, I would have given 5 stars.
Came here for a winter coat for my 10 year old son. The selection of styles/colors seemed very limited and this was a fully stocked section. One brand of coat, retail for $70, had poor workmanship at the seams, stitching was coming undone. I ended up getting his coat elsewhere.
The cashier was pleasant and helpful. The jeans rang up for the wrong amount and the cashier, nor the employee who checked the price seemed put out.
I love kohl's. I found the perfect pair of jeans for like $5. So many great finds there for really low prices.
Starting to like Kohl's more and more. The store is laid out well. Good selection, very competitive prices, and always in good condition.
I use a wheelchair, and Kohl's has accessible changing rooms. In fact, even the non-accessible fitting rooms fit my wheelchair when I'm alone. The accessible fitting rooms have plenty of room for my wheelchair and, if someone needs it, someone else in the room to help. Kohl's fitting rooms are far superior to most retail fitting rooms.
My visits to this Kohl's are usually pleasant, and that was the case today. I was shopping for a new pair of jeans. Kohl's has a decent selection of junior's jeans. Unfortunately today, there were some sizes and styles of jeans missing, and the jeans' sizes and styles were a bit jumbled up - I attributed this more to the fact that it's near Christmas and there were a lot of messy customers in the store. In any case, I did find what I was looking for.
