So bad. I receive a jacket as a gift and it was little bit tight so I had to exchange to a bigger size. I got there and ask if she can help me find a jacket and she told me "it should be over here I guess. Just look for it." She didn't even know where it was and she just left me over there. FYI there was only 10 customers so it wasn't busy at all. I had to walk around the store. I don't mind that bit if you don't know where it is just don't tell customer where to look. And she told me just go to different store. This store doesn't have many clothes and way smaller than any other store. Will not go back to that store.

People are great, good location, store can be messy at times but adds to the fun of finding that special clothing piece. Can get a little busy but lines are never that bad

This Kohl’s is so u organized and dirty. Was looking for some khaki pants and I was struggling because clothes are randomly scattered everywhere. If you see a display of the clothing item normally that’s where it should be located (so I thought). I would find maybe 2 pairs of those pants and then random clothing items like sweatpants or dress pants. It looks like the management does not care what their store looks like. Also once I found some pants, I went into the fitting room. THIS FITTING ROOM WAS SO NASTY. It looked like it hadn’t been swept/cleaned in weeks. Dust balls all over the floor and dirt smudges on the mirrors. Then when I went to check out the cashier was so busy trying to force me into a Kohl’s credit card that she forgot to ring up my socks. I’m very disappointed in this store and will not be back any time soon.
