Ok but it use to look more better n cleaner then it dose now
They're bringing in some new trailers and seems like things have been rather quiet lately. However, the weekends are usually rather rowdy with the drunks and partiers. Lived here a year n it uses to be nicknames sherhood, but it's been better lately with new owners taking over. There are lots of kids so drive slow, and some of the kids are monsters that cause havoc on a daily basis.
Profiteering of the water. I talked with the water department, because I was charged for water 2 months after moving. Sherwood charges individual tenants more for water than the city of Canton charges Sherwood for then entire park. Sherwood pays about $90 a month total for the whole park, Sherwood then charges you a minimum of $60 for water even if you don't use a drop. They will then charge you for water used by new tenants after you sign the title off. Also if you plan to move out good luck as you cannot sell your house to anyone without their consent and they will take their sweet time, they will keep delaying the process to push you into a new month before you move.
Own a home here where the staff allows the snow plow driver to push snow up to my porch and then told me I have to shovel it. If they have to shovel your snow it's 50 dollars but they didn't offer to take off my rent for me having to shovel snow their driver push in front of my trailer home
This is place is full of crack addicted people. One crack head couple would constantly get into arguments in front of my home. My son bike was stolen right off my front porch. And ambulances as well police cars frequently came in the park. I'm just happy to be out of this horrible place.
