Rip off beware they will force you to buy a sub standard trailer. Management is a scam, water bill are excessive trying to make a section 8 park into some thing it's not
Pros: clean and quiet neighborhood ben is very helpful. Cons: very pricey lot rent i mean 540 for lot rent is quite alot pool girl needs to be fired streets dont get plowed all and all id say lot rent should go down considering alot
The first year was fine, second not so much. The lot rent is high, it's your home if you purchase but there are a bunch of rules around it. The pool lady and maintenance guy are on major power trips. People tattle on you first chance possible. Just be warned.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now, I have to say I love love love it here. I sit and read some of these reviews and think to myself WTF??? I live in the same community as some of these people and I don't have a rat problem in my area. I see TONS of stray cats and I know the park is working on getting them spayed/neutered. I have never had a issue on anything not being fixed or not done in a timely manner. Every need, want or, question I have had has always been fulfilled and the staff always goes above and beyond, we have movie nights by the pool, pool parties and a giant community picnic just this past summer and they plan to do them again next year!
This is a nice place to live. The only problem is for me. The office seems to enjoy bullying certain people in the park.Nicole has to be the worst manager ever. Well at least since i have been here. I always liked the last guy that was here. The Police are always in the park. I keep to myself just some things i have noticed.The one i like in the office is Ben he is cool
