Amazing customer service here! Always can find coupons, and the selection is great too. Doesn't hurt that it is located right next to us; however, they have never given me the urge to shop anywhere else. I will continue to shop here in the future. Oh, and you get pet rewards on all purchases made here that you can for extra money off!
I ended up purchasing 6 private 1 hour lessons for my dog. In 3 classes she has gone from being a holy terror to being a wonderful pleasant dog. I fully give credit for that to Jake. Today I walked in my front door and my dog didn't jump on me for the first time. Super happy and looking forward to more.
Disgusting. And the other chain pet stores open today, and we'll go pet stores. The animals don't look like they're terrified. But here they do. Cages are messy, the fish tanks are not clean. Would not recommend getting anything live here, and I wouldn't want to spend my money and a place that doesn't care about the animals.

Super helpful. Everyone there is amazing and knowledgeable. The fish guy Jeff is super nice and knows his stuff.
Also the store is always super clean. I have loved every fish I have gotten here. Super healthy. They even special ordered a couple cichlids for me.
My family and I were looking to adopt a kitten, we stopped into Petco in Canton on Ford Rd. and lucky for us there was a pretty girl up for adoption, the clerk gave us a phone number to Lisa, the rescue rep, she called back immediately and by the end of the day had a new family member. The whole staff was very helpful.. and we couldn't be happier.
