Customer service should be 0, we pay for our food and employees do not even have any consideration how they make our food. Have been here 2-3 times and really not a pleasant place to be, will be looking at other alternatives. Also we see that certain customers are treated differently then others. If you do not like to work in Canton please work somewhere else!!! This is community I live in and I expect better. Hope management paying attention. We were there 1 hour before official closing on 9/11/17 and the lady in red shirt was rude, she did not enjoy her work. The list can go on!!!!
First time at Qdoba. Food is fresh and high quality. It is clean and well maintained. Staff is nice. Reasonably priced.
3 strikes you're out. The customer service here is terrible. I give them a year tops before going out of business. They are rude. Each of the 3 times I have went, they seem bothered even annoyed customers are in their establishment looking for food. Everyone has bad days but 3 bad experiences in a row will force me to drive to Chipolte down the road or over to Westland Qdoba where they at least acknowledge their customers. Keeping your back turned to me after looking right at me is unacceptable. If you don't like your job find a new one but don't take it out on your customers. Stay away from this place.
This kind of place is my favorite to go to whenever I'm really hungry. We stopped by after a trip to Ikea. The ladies working here were really nice and patient (I ordered a burrito that was SUPER stuffed so it was hard to wrap and needed an extra tortilla). Food was great! The bathroom decor is super cute too.
My food waa great! I ordered the three cheese nachos. This was a much larger location than usual, so they have more to offer on the assembly line. I like that I was able to order the fajita vegetables diced instead of just sliced. They also had tequila lime chicken available on the line, when the locations I usually visit have to make it. Customer service was very good, as they were all friendly and helpful. 5 stars!
