My first contact with light RX in Canton was through email, they contacted me back a day later about the procedure I was interested in, so I decided to go in for my consultation for IPL laser treatment! If my memory serves me right her name was Michelle and she was extremely helpful in anyway answering all my questions. The Day of my procedure I was really nervous but as soon as I walked in the door they made me feel very comfortable and I now look forward to my next visit.
Love this place! The team is skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am seeing good results, and they know exactly what treatments to recommend to accomplish the best results.
The woman are AMAZING, they have not only done amazing procedures helping me to never have to shave again and helping get rid of old acne scars that have hurt my self esteem since my teen years but they have become friends. There had been one time I had an issue with a service but Sonya the gal in charge at that location did everything she could to make the issue right and make sure I was happy. They offer financing which is great, and treat you with respect and really want you to look and feel your best!
I'm incredibly excited for being almost completely HAIRLESS!!! Wahooooo! The staff is absolutely wonderful! All are very sweet and extremely caring! They are always making sure I am comfortable with their services and during the treatments. Sanya and Michelle are my favorite ladies! They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door! I'm sure everyone would agree! Thinking about starting new skin treatments here as well!
