Overall, Meijer is a good place to shop, but with some headaches.

The service is good, but their staffing of checkout clerks always seems about three lanes shy of enjoyable. Once upon a decade or two ago, we were always "next in line at Meijer" and clearly that's not their thing anymore. The self-checkouts are ok, but not at the level of a human.

Pharmacy was efficent. Took care of,buying a restricted OTC drug, and, done in five minutes.

It's a good, dependable variety store. Unlike Target, for example, Meijer is a fully-stocked grocery store. And unlike Kroger, on the other hand, Meijer is also a well-stocked toy or clothing store.

Always affordable grocery and other items expected in a box supermarket. Always clean, good sales, and not too many times I've waited in line too long. However, they're organic selection is poor.

Meijer has very friendly and helpful staff. Ther will go out of their way to help. I have Celiac disease, and while they do carry good gluten free food, there could be more. Sometimes I will be looking for something specific like strawberry Jell-O or gluten free boxed macaroni, only to find they've been completely bought out and have nothing in back to replace it. This happens enough to be an annoyance, and often requires a trip back or to another store to get what we need.

The store is often crowded and customers lack etiquette; carts are left block to aisles, customers do not pay attention to what they are doing and leave carts unattended of stand in people's way. I use a wheelchair and am frequently cut off, blocked, or almost hit by carts. The parking lot is large but does not have enough accessible spots, relatively speaking. I at times have a hard time finding an accessible parking space. There could be a few more spots.

Store was very clean, despite the snowy weather outside.

Good service, typical of most Meijer locations. Both self serve register stations were busy, and six or seven regular cashiers in service, and was able,to get in and out in under twenty minutes. Recently upgraded software on the check outs, no major improvement there. It's the staff that gets it done.

I love Meijer it is located in a very convenient spot on the corner of Ford and Canton Center. They have a good selection of clothes and food as well...one of my favorite things in the puck cheese from the international isle it's a creamy cheese that you can spread to toast or bread and it's delicious...i love that they have a good variety of products to chose from and the cashiers are always really nice.

Meijer prices way better than Kroger. Produce section has far better quality than ANY Kroger. Great prices, good selection, through out the grocery section.
