I would give them ZERO stars if this was an option. We have been waiting on replacement parts for both of our couches for 22 months. There have been issues with them getting in the parts and knowing what they are for, then sending them back. They don't seem too worried about making it right or standing behind their product. Why did both of my couches need replacement parts within 3 months of owning them??? Answer: because they're poorly constructed. Their customer service is comparable to their product.
Happened to walk in during a sale. Great sales team. Met at the door and greeted by the manager. We wanted to do our own looking around and they gave us just the right amount of space. We were looking for dining room furniture and living room furniture. Didn't find what we needed especially darker wood dining tables. The sale that day was really good and surprised that we were there at the same time as a one day sale.
Had a great experience picking out a couch and dining table. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave sound advice. Explored a lot of options throughout the store before settling on one and it was an easy enough experience to pick out one.
And Gardener white employee, don't comment "thanks for the feedback" , fix the problem!
I didn't buy anything from that store but decided not to return either however I did find it on Amazon for 30% less with free delivery too. Unlike that store was going to charge me more for both. Thank you for being in business.
Clean store and nice environment. It too a about 10 minutes to find help and it didn't seem like the person wanted to help me. It may have been because I was wearing sweat pants. But I planned to go to the gym after. This store has a wide selection but the staff that informed with didn't want to sell nor work with me. I was a little treated by the this person's attitude but I then thought they could be having a bad day to start.
I bought a bed for my son, 1400$ . I bought all the extras, all the insurance to cover me in case of any problems. It's only been 10 months and the mattress is garbage! And they assured me they would take care of me, now I hear they will do nothing. I spent 1400$ for nothing! I will NEVER SHOP THERE and I will tell all I know how horrible they are and treat their customers. I am disappointed ,dissatisfied and angered. DON'T BUY YOUR BED THERE!!!!!
