They were quick and friendly.
Terrible customer service. Girl who answered the phone was not professional at all and talked down to me. She could not explain why my account was allegedly closed but when I called the billing #, they said it was NOT closed. Also Hertz tied up my money with pending charges that they're not entitled to. So now I have to wait until Hertz notifies my bank to let them know they're not intending to collect on the "pending" charges. In the meantime my money is held hostage. Will not rent from them again.
Always quick good selection of cars.. Only reason not 5 stars is not open on Sunday so always have to rent for another day
Quick and simple. My insurance helped a lot but they worked with us to get us up there, in and out.
