I'd recommended purchasing from here but dont take your bike for servicing...2 weeks for a new tube and truing up tires is ridiculous! Michigan summers are short enough.
I'm pretty sure I like the product, but I wouldn't know for certain. I came here from the Ann Arbor store today because apparently they had two bikes in stock I was looking for. I walked in and browsed a little, and no one approached me. It's mid afternoon and there was one other customer. A few more people came in and were helped. This is probably a one-off, but a simple hello- even if you're busy - can go a long way. Disappointing.
Stopped in to get both of my girls bikes repaired. One had her belt stuck in the chain. They were very quick and did a great job! I will definitely return in the future!
Salesman was helpful and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He asked me alot of questions about my needs, likes, and dislikes. Took the time to show me several bikes and let me test drive them. Prices seemed reasonable
My favorite bike shop. I drive 45 minutes one way and pass two other tri shops to get here. It's that good.
